To ensure an effortless return service, items purchased on Fendi.com can be returned both online or in selected stores (see where the service is available in the Store Locator). You can book your appointment in advance to ensure a Client Assistant is at your disposal.
To expedite the return/exchange, we suggest to bring the original box, including all documents delivered with your order. Kindly ensure the products are in perfect condition, with all their packaging and accessories, and that the security tag and seal are intact.
Please note Fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. If you need to return a Fragrance, please fill in the online return form.
