If you prefer to place your order by phone, call us at (+1) 8882910163 (weekdays, 9am to 8pm ET, and Saturday, 9am to 6pm).

After selecting the items, sizes and colors, we will ask you the delivery address and payment details, as well as a security question. We ensure the absolute safety of your personal details at all times during this process.

After Fendi Client Services confirms the order has been placed, you will receive an email with the details of the purchase and a link to track the delivery.

Our In-Store Pick Up option gives you the chance to shop online and collect the order at your convenience.

We will send you an email just as soon as the package is available at the Fendi store of your choice.

To pick up the order please bring with you:

  • valid ID
  • a copy of the order confirmation email


If someone is collecting the parcel on your behalf, please ensure they have:

  • a copy of your ID
  • valid ID of the person collecting
  • a printed copy of the order confirmation email
  • a signed letter of authorization (download a blank copy)

Our boutique staff will be happy to keep your order for 14 days from delivery. After this time, should it be impossible for you to pick it up, we will return the products directly and issue a full refund.

Orders picked up in store can be returned within 14 days, either online or in store.

Return Online
Please follow the same procedure as regular orders: fill in the online Retun Form to receive all instructions.

Return In Store
Take the items you wish to return to the same Fendi store. The boutique staff will take care of all return procedures. Your refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and checked, according to standard refund timing.

We're happy to welcome you in store for an appointment with a dedicated boutique assistant.

You can book the appointment either from the Store Locator, selecting your nearest store, or by contacting our Client Services.

We will confirm the appointment with you by email.

To ensure an effortless return service, items purchased on Fendi.com can be returned both online or in selected stores (see where the service is available in the Store Locator). You can book your appointment in advance to ensure a Client Assistant is at your disposal.

To expedite the return/exchange, we suggest to bring the original box, including all documents delivered with your order. Kindly ensure the products are in perfect condition, with all their packaging and accessories, and that the security tag and seal are intact.
Please note Fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. If you need to return a Fragrance, please fill in the online return form.
