Starting in 2023, Fendi supports LVMH4WORK, the project created to foster the labour inclusion of refugees with high levels of education and prior work experience in appropriate positions to help counter mismatching in the job market.
The SOLETERRE ONLUS “Work is Progress” programme has been supporting the inclusion of people in vulnerable situations for more than 10 years. The partnership with LVMH has seen 11 of the Group's Maisons training and subsequently hiring asylum holders.
