Any FENDI employee or external stakeholder who becomes aware of potential violations of the FENDI Code of Conduct, internal guidelines, principles, policies, and/or applicable laws and regulations, is encouraged to raise its concerns and/or ask for guidance.
To facilitate this , all employees and stakeholders have access to LVMH Alert Line, an online interface that ensures full confidentiality and security when reporting any violations of laws, regulations, or internal conduct principles.
FENDI is committed to ensuring that individuals who use these reporting channels in good faith face no disciplinary sanction or retaliatory measures, whether direct or indirect. This commitment stands even if the reported facts are subsequently proven to be inaccurate, unfounded and/or do not lead to any proceedings or sanctions.
