More than a fragrance, it’s Silvia Venturini Fendi’s state of mind. At once fresh and real, Perché No by master perfumer Quentin Bisch is like a white sheet drying in the sun. Comforting, harmonious. In the midst of this freshness, a hint of spice, of pink peppercorn from Brazil, lightly smoked by incense and framed with sandalwood, both balsamic and nuanced.

Shipping and returns
Free shipping
Shipping is free. Orders are carefully prepared and shipped to you from the nearest Fendi location, including our local boutiques. Different shipping options may be available according to the delivery address and to where the items are stocked. All available shipping methods and actual delivery times for your order will be clearly displayed at checkout, after entering your shipping address. If you are purchasing multiple items, they may be delivered separately on different days.
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from the nearest Fendi store. Different shipping options may be available according to where the products are stocked.
For items that are immediately available we offer:
- Same Day delivery for orders placed by 12pm (Monday-Friday)
- Next Day delivery for orders placed by 4pm (Monday-Saturday).
Orders completed after 4pm will be delivered in 2 days.
Please note that purchases made Fridays after 4pm and during the weekend will be delivered on Monday (or the next business day in case of holidays).
For items that are not immediately available:
- Standard Shipping (delivery in 4-5 business days from date of purchase)
Shipping methods and expected delivery times for your order will be displayed at checkout, after you enter the shipping address.
We will send you the Tracking Number for your package by email, and you can also follow the delivery online through the Track Your Order page.
Signature is required at delivery of all orders for security purposes. In case nobody is available to sign for the package for two consecutive working days, the courier will leave a notification and a contact number.
Please note working days are Monday through Saturday, excluding local and national holidays.
Please note that the Tracking Number will be activated within 24 hours from when the order is dispatched, therefore you may not find any updates immediately after shipment. We kindly ask you to check back the following day.
Please note that your Shopping Bag is exclusive to each Country/Region and will no longer be visible if you change delivery destination. If you change Country/Region, you will need to select the items again. Our catalogue, shipping and payment methods may also be updated.
All orders are carefully hand-wrapped in-store and elegantly presented in our signature packaging, with the iconic Fendi Logo design.
If you're buying a gift, you can also add a personal message. Gift orders can be shipped directly to the receiver, as prices will not be visible.
Free returns within 14 days
Items purchased on Fendi.com can be returned within 14 days from the delivery of your order, using our free delivery service.
1. Contact our Client Service to request a return and schedule pick-up.
2. Prepare the items in the original order box. Kindly ensure the products are in perfect condition, with all their packaging and accessories, and that the security tag and seal are intact. Fragrances can only be returned if the packaging is unopened, with the seal intact. Fragrances need to be shipped back separately, using the same box they were delivered in.
3. Please make sure someone is available on the requested pick-up date. The courier will provide you with the pre-paid Return Label when they come to collect the package.
You will not be charged for shipping costs. These will only be at your expense if you decide to ship the return with a different shipping company and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.

Items purchased on Fendi.com can also be returned in selected Fendi stores within 14 days from the delivery of your order.

We suggest packing the items in the original order box, bringing with you any documents you received in the order to facilitate the return. Kindly ensure the products are in perfect condition, with all their packaging and accessories, and that the security tag and seal are intact.

Before requesting a return online or in store, please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale:
- The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still attached and any special packaging and accessories included - incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted
- Fragrances must be unopened, with the seal intact
- The return must be requested online or brought to the store within 14 days from delivery of the order
- Online returns must be handed to the courier within 14 days from return authorisation
- The parcel can only be returned within the original shipping Country/Region
- The products were purchased online on Fendi.com and not in Fendi stores
Items shipped to our warehouse or returned in-store will be verified before being accepted. Verifying the items may take up to 5 business days.
The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted through the same payment method used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.
You should see the credit approximately within one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on the different banking procedures.
