Items purchased on Fendi.com can also be returned in selected Fendi stores (see where the service is available in the Store Locator). You can book your appointment in advance to ensure a Client Assistant is at your disposal.
To expedite the return, we suggest to bring the original box, including all documents delivered with your order. Kindly ensure the products are in perfect condition, with all their packaging and accessories, and that the security tag and seal are intact.
