Fendi Shadow Weights

Shipping is free. Orders are carefully prepared and shipped to you from the nearest Fendi location, including our local boutiques. 
Different shipping options may be available according to the delivery address and to where the items are stocked. All available shipping methods and actual delivery times for your order will be clearly displayed at checkout, after entering your shipping address. 
If you are purchasing multiple items, they may be delivered separately on different days.

For items that are immediately available:
- Major cities in Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia): Next Day delivery for orders placed before 3pm. Orders completed after 3pm or on Saturdays/Sundays will be delivered in 2 business days.
- Sabah, Sarawak (East Malaysia): Express delivery (2-3 business days from date of purchase)

For items that are not immediately available, all locations: Standard Shipping (delivery in 4-6 business days from date of purchase)

All orders are shipped through DHL. We will send you the Tracking Number for your package by email, and you can also follow the delivery online through the Track Your Order page.

Signature is required at delivery of all orders for security purposes. Please note working days are Monday through Friday during hours of business (9am to 5pm), exlcuding national holidays.

You can follow your package and check the expected delivery date from the Track Your Order page, or in your account if you placed your order as a registered customer.

Please note that the Tracking Number will be activated within 24 hours from when the order is dispatched, therefore you may not find any updates immediately after shipment. We kindly ask you to check back the following day.

You can select the Country/Region you want to ship to by clicking on "Shipping to" in the website footer.
Please note that your Shopping Bag is exclusive to each Country/Region and will no longer be visible if you change delivery destination. If you change Country/Region, you will need to select the items again. Our catalogue, shipping and payment methods may also be updated.

Items purchased on Fendi.com can be returned within 14 days from the delivery of your order, using our free delivery service.

1. Contact our Client Service to request a return and schedule pick-up.
2. Prepare the items in the original order box. Kindly ensure the products are in perfect condition, with all their packaging and accessories, and that the security tag and seal are intact. The return box must be safely sealed.
3. Please make sure someone is available on the requested pick-up date. Any documents emailed to you by Client Services must be printed and filled in before the courier comes to collect the package.

You will not be charged for shipping costs. These will only be at your expense if you decide to ship the return with a different shipping company and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.

Items purchased on Fendi.com can also be returned in selected Fendi stores within 14 days from the delivery of your order.
You can find the nearest Fendi store where the in-store return service is available through the Store Locator page: enter the location and browse by type, selecting the "Return in Store" Service.
We suggest packing the items in the original order box, bringing with you any documents you received in the order to facilitate the return. Kindly ensure the products are in perfect condition, with all their packaging and accessories, and that the security tag and seal are intact.
If you wish, you can choose the day and time through the Book An Appointment page, selecting "In-Store Return".

Items purchased on Fendi.com can be exchanged in selected Fendi stores within 14 days of the order’s delivery.
Exchanges can be made with items of the same price or higher.

Before requesting a return or an exchange, please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale:

- The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still attached and any special packaging and accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted
- Returns must be requested online or brought to the store within 14 days of the order's delivery
- Exchanges must be brought to the store within 14 days of the order’s delivery
- Online returns must be handed to the courier within 14 days of the return authorization
- The parcel can only be returned/exchanged within the original shipping Country/Region
- The products were purchased online on Fendi.com and not in Fendi stores

Items shipped to our warehouse or returned in-store will be verified before being accepted. Verifying the items may take up to 5 business days.

The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted through the same payment method used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.

You should see the credit approximately within one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on the different banking procedures.
