If you prefer to place your order by phone, call us at +39 06 94801 461, Monday to Friday, from 10am to 7:00pm CET.

After selecting the items, sizes and colours, we will ask you the delivery address and payment details, as well as a security question. We ensure the absolute safety of your personal details at all times during this process.

After Fendi Client Services confirms the order has been placed, you will receive an email with the details of the purchase and a link to track the delivery.

Our In-Store Pick Up option gives you the chance to shop online and collect the order at your convenience.

We will send you an email just as soon as the package is available at the Fendi store of your choice.

To pick up the order please bring with you:

  • valid ID
  • a copy of the order confirmation email

If someone is collecting the parcel on your behalf, please ensure they have:

  • a copy of your ID
  • valid ID of the person collecting
  • a printed copy of the order confirmation email
  • a signed letter of authorisation (download a blank copy)

Our boutique staff will be happy to keep your order for 14 days from delivery. After this time, should it be impossible for you to pick it up, we will return the products directly and issue a full refund.

Orders picked up in store can be returned within 14 days, like all online purchases, by filling in the online Return Form.

We're happy to welcome you in store for an appointment with a dedicated boutique assistant.

You can book the appointment either from the Store Locator, selecting your nearest store, or by contacting our Client Services.

We will confirm the appointment with you by email.
