Shipping and returns
Free shipping
Shipping is free. All available shipping methods and actual delivery times for your order will be clearly displayed at checkout, after entering your shipping address. If you are purchasing multiple items, they may be delivered separately on different days.
Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days from the date of the purchase.
We will send you the Tracking Number for your package by email. You can also follow the delivery online through the Track Your Order page.
Please note the courier may contact you before delivery to request your ID or passport number. This information is necessary for the package to clear Customs and expedite the delivery process.
Signature is required at delivery of all orders for security purposes. In case nobody is available to sign for the package for two consecutive working days, the courier will leave a notification and a contact number.
Please note delivery will be Sunday to Thursday during hours of business, excluding national holidays.
Please note that the Tracking Number will be activated within 24 hours from when the order is dispatched, therefore you may not find any updates immediately after shipment. We kindly ask you to check back the following day.
Please note that your Shopping Bag is exclusive to each Country/Region and will no longer be visible if you change delivery destination. If you change Country/Region, you will need to select the items again. Our catalogue, shipping and payment methods may also be updated.
If you're buying a gift, you can also add a personal message. Gift orders can be shipped directly to the receiver, as prices will not be visible.
Free returns within 14 days
Items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery of your order.
Please note it is not possible to return personalised items. Read more information on Terms and Conditions of Sale.
To request your return fill in the online Return Form (or log in to your account and return your purchase from the Orders section).
After filling in the form, please follow these easy steps for returning the purchase to our warehouse:
1. Prepare the items you wish to return in the original order box. Kindly ensure the products have all their packaging and accessories, that the security tag and seal are intact and that the return box is safely sealed.
2. Please print the following documents, available for download in the Return Form or in your Order detail page:
- 1 copy of the Return Label. Stick this label to the outside of the box.
- 2 copies of the Proforma Invoice. Enclose one copy inside the return box, and give the other one to the courier at pick up.
Please note your return will not be accepted without these documents.
3. Call the courier to organise pick-up within 14 days. The courier name is indicated on the Return Label. If available for your Country/Region, you can also schedule pick-up from the online Return Form. Before completing the form you will be asked to specify the location and date you prefer for collection within the following 14 days.
You will not be charged for shipping costs. These will only be at your expense if you decide to ship the return with a different shipping company, and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with our return conditions. Please note exchanges are not possible.
Items purchased on Fendi.com can also be returned in selected Fendi stores within 14 days from the delivery of your order.

We suggest packing the items in the original order box, bringing with you any documents you received in the order to facilitate the return. Kindly ensure the products are in perfect condition, with all their packaging and accessories, and that the security tag and seal are intact.

Before requesting a return online or in store, please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale:
- The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still attached and any special packaging and accessories included - incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted
- The return must be requested online or brought to the store within 14 days from delivery of the order
- Online returns must be handed to the courier within 14 days from return authorisation
- The parcel can only be returned within the original shipping Country/Region
- The products were purchased online on Fendi.com and not in Fendi stores
Items shipped to our warehouse or returned in-store will be verified before being accepted. Verifying the items may take up to 5 business days.
The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted through the same payment method used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.
You should see the credit approximately within one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on the different banking procedures.
