If you are looking for a specific item, you can search by keywords or product code.
You can shop online or call our Client Services to place your order by phone. You can also check in-store availabilty directly from each product page.
To shop online simply add the products to your Shopping Bag and proceed to checkout. You can purchase up to 7 products per order.
You can place your order as a guest or register during checkout. Registering makes checkout even faster, as you can store your delivery, billing and payment details in your account for next time. Sign up to Fendi & Me.
After you complete your order, we will send you an email confirming the details of the purchase and a link to follow the delivery. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped at different times according to availability.
Please note the courier may contact you before delivery to request your ID or passport number. This information is necessary for the package to clear Customs and expedite the delivery process.
All orders can be returned within 14 days from delivery. Please note it is not possible to return personalized items. Read more information on Returns and refunds.
Special collection and Fashion Show previews can be available for Pre-Order.
The items you pre-order are reserved for you, and will be shipped out as soon as they are available.
The estimated shipping date is always indicated in the product page, at checkout and in your order details.
Purchasing pre-order items and in-stock items together: if you order products that are already in stock together with pre-order items, we will send you two separate packages.
Pre-orders with different shipping dates: if you purchase more than one pre-order item with different estimated shipping dates, the products may be sent together on the latest date.
In either case, you will only be charged once the items have been shipped. Delivery is always free.
The size displayed online is always the same size you will find on our product tags. We use Italian sizing for all our items with the exception of men’s shoes, which follow the UK sizing system.

After Fendi Client Services confirms the order has been placed, you will receive an email with the details of the purchase and a link to track the delivery.

To ensure an effortless return service, items purchased on Fendi.com can be returned both online or in selected stores.
To request an online return, please fill in the Return Form within 14 days from delivery and follow the instructions you will receive by email to ship the parcel back to us.
If you prefer to return in a Fendi store, you can book an appointment and let our Client Assistants handle the request on your behalf.
In both cases, your refund will be issued to the original payment method after the items have been verified and accepted.
Please note that fragrances can be returned either in the Kuwait The Avenues Fendi store, or by contacting Client Services, who will provide the necessary documentation for returning this type of product.
