Our In-Store Pick Up option gives you the chance to shop online and collect the order at your convenience.

We will send you an email just as soon as the package is available at the Fendi store of your choice.

To pick up the order please bring with you:

• valid ID
• a copy of the order confirmation email

If someone is collecting the parcel on your behalf, please ensure they have:

• a copy of your ID
• valid ID of the person collecting
• a printed copy of the order confirmation email
• a signed letter of authorisation (download a blank copy)

Our boutique staff will be happy to keep your order for 14 days from delivery. After this time, should it be impossible for you to pick it up, we will return the products directly and issue a full refund.

Orders picked up in store can be returned within 14 days, like all online purchases, by filling in the online Return Form.

We're happy to welcome you in store for an appointment with a dedicated boutique assistant.

You can book the appointment either from the Store Locator, selecting your nearest store, or by contacting our Client Services.

We will confirm the appointment with you by email.

Items purchased on Fendi.com can also be returned or exchanged in selected Fendi stores (see where the service is available in the Store Locator: enter the location and browse by type, selecting the "Return in Store" Service). You can book an appointment in advance to ensure a Client Assistant is at your disposal.

To expedite the return/exchange, we suggest to bring the original box, including all documents delivered with your order.
Kindly ensure the products are in perfect condition, with all their packaging and accessories, and that the security tag and seal are intact.
Please note Fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. If you need to return a Fragrance, please fill in the online return form.
